I created a new event for the upcoming conference and put a link to it on the /events/ page. However, only Institute Members can see the page that link leads to (https://www.jewishideas.org/civicrm/event/info?reset=1&id=3). That's the page where they enter the registration process, so it needs to be accessible to all possible site visitors.
