Patrick has implemented a shopping cart page and block on the staging site. (The names of products are just sample names here on the staging site.)

I have requested minor changes; "Zone" should read "State" and "Postal Code" should be "Zip Code" if possible.
What rules do we want to set for when the Shopping Cart block will appear? And where should it appear?
Can we test ordering without actually ordering anything? (Do we need to go that far with the store?)
