Dave: please review and if you approve, pass to Claudian to implement.
Currently a site user's member page will indicate if he is NOT an Institute Member, and encourage him to become one by paying his dues. However, we feel it will be clearer to always indicate to a member what his status is.
Institute Members' pages should make clear they are members, and list the date membership will expire.
The same block that displays, to non-Institute Members:
"You are currently not an Institute Member.
Please become a contributing member of the Institute for Jewish Ideas and Ideals."
If they are a member, the block (or an identical one in the same location) should display:
"You became an Institute Member on {Monthname dd, yyyy}. Your membership lasts until {Monthname dd, yyyy}.
To extend your membership, you may make another contribution at any time."
