Some information on the Submit Case page is not necessary and could be removed from the user interface. Simplify and shorten the creation of cases to reduce intimidation and confusion for users. Many of the fields' options should be set with defaults when creating cases--there's less need for flexibility here than with a generic piece of content you might create.
